Exchange& Return

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our requirement above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If you need to send your purchase back, you have 25 days from the date you received your bags to exchange or return. We will collect from your previous address for free ONLY ONCE. Returns outside of this period, customers will have to pay the shipping cost.

Please note, customers outside Taiwan are responsible for taxes and duties.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your The Muses account.


Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable here. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
